When reconciling transactions manually, you may notice discrepancies between your statement and Transactions page. This is because your transactions listed on the Transactions page are listed in your browser’s local time and your statements are in Mountain Daylight Time.

Web Browser

  1. View your billing cycle by following these steps:
    • In the Divvy Navigation Menu, click the Settings link and select the Payments option.
    • In the Billing cycle section, view your current billing cycle.
  2. Note the dollar amount of the payment you want to reconcile.
  3. Open the Transactions page and select the filter button.
  4. Select the date range of the statement you want to compare, but add a day before and after that period. For example, if your statement date range shows transactions from May 29th – June 4th, select the date range May 28th – June 5th.
  5. Export all of the filtered transactions as a .csv file by following these steps:
    • Click the Export icon.
    • To only export visible columns, click the Only export visible columns checkbox. If this option is selected, any hidden columns will not export.
    • Select the CSV file type.
  6. To confirm you want to export your transactions, click the Export button. Transaction exports may take several minutes to be available to download.
    • You can view in-progress exports in the Export Viewer, which displays in the bottom right corner of the page. To cancel the export, click the Cancel link.
    • Successful exports display the Checkmark icon. To download the file export, click the Download link.
    • Failed exports display the Warning icon. To retry the export, click the Retry link.
    • In the CSV, view the Cleared Time in Statement (MT) column and delete all of the rows that are on the days outside of the billing cycle (from the previous example, that would be May 28th and June 5th).
    •  The sum of the dollar amounts in the Amount column should now accurately reflect the amount of transactions for that billing period
